The Amazon (jungle and river) is the most fantastic region on earth. Rich in legend as well as natural beauty, it has stirred the interest and imagination of men since its discovery. The Amazon Party presents a fanciful interpretation of its myths combined with a touch of reality. The authentic décor of plants, flowers, tropical birds and Indian handicrafts, is further enhanced by colored mood lighting, a variety of entertainers, piped-in jungle sounds and the great Jungle Jazz Band. Creatively decorated food stations and bars complement the evening. (3 to 4 hours)

Around Brazil Evening

A real taste of Brazil, this evening event consists of a hearty cocktail party including delicious Brazilian drinks served in tropical fruits, while guests circulate among the uniquely decorated regional buffets set-up in a hotel ballroom, chosing venue or hotel pool area - each serving typical, mouth-watering dishes from different regions of Brazil. The various buffet stations are decorated with original handicrafts. (3 to 4 hours)

Carnival Night

Considered "The Greatest Show on Earth", Carnival is an integral part of Brazilian life and one of life's greatest celebrations. Our presentation of this festive event offers a vivacious show of samba and pageantry encompassing the most outstanding elements of Carnival. Evening includes one hour cocktail party with live music, three course sit-down dinner with wine, one hour show with 25 professional artists, exclusive Carnival decorations and a 5-piece dance band for another two hours of fun and dancing. (5 hours)

Colonial Night at Villa Riso

A colonial plantation house constructed in 1700 in the foothills of São Conrado, Villa Riso has been carefully restored to its original grandeur. The Colonial Night production includes fire torches along the entrance way, a colonial footman helping participants off the coaches, Bahian dressed ladies greeting participants with a gift of "ribbons of our Lord of Bonfim", macumba (white voodoo) offerings decorating the garden area and slave dressed waiters and waitresses who sing slave song as they serve a delicious dinner in the Villa’s main room. Live music and a colorful folklore show complete the evening. (3 to 4 hours)

Gala Night at the Historical National Museum

One of Rio’s most prestigious venues for a gala dinner is the Historical National Museum, built in the early 1700’s. For this Gala Night guests are greeted by the “Dragons of Independence” of the Imperial Army, led through the museum by epic costumed escorts to the “Court of Cannons” for cocktails and on to the “Minerva Patio” for an unforgettable dinner and lively Carnival Show. (4 hours)

Gaucho Evening

An unforgettable evening of great food and fun that includes an all-you-can-eat scrumptious meal of fine barbecued meats, pork, sausages and chicken, served in the unique "rodízio" style of the Brazilian Gaucho, accompanied by an amazing variety of side dishes, as well as great Brazilian wines and beer. During desert, a colorful Gaucho show of typical songs and dances will set the mood for the rest of the evening. Rio offers several good options of Churrascarias (Gaucho BBQ houses), as authentic venues for the Gaucho Evening. (3 to 4 hours)

Stake Races at the Jockey Club

The Rio Jockey Club is one of Rio’s most exclusive clubs, with one of the most beautiful racetracks in the world. Surrounded by the Lagoon, the Botanical Gardens and the Corcovado Mountain range, the view from its grandstands is simply spectacular. The evening includes cocktails on the 3rd floor verandah, the races – one of which is named after your client’s company, with the VIPs delivery of the trophies to the winning horse jockey, trainer and owner, followed by dinner at the unique Photochart restaurant located within the Jockey Club grounds with a private view of the next-races horses’ parades.
